Moving on Upon arrival, sink broken, 1" thick pillow, dented appliances. My opinion was maintenance is an issue as well as owners investment into his business. Might rethink this brand choice.

Great value Convenient location off 205. Next to a couple motels with much less comfortable rooms. Bed comfortable and quiet hotel. Would suggest quiet closures on doors, i felt like mine slammed loudly.

Front desk (Tiberius) was very hard working and helpful. Many residents seem to be long term. Complimentary continental breakfast was very meager, intended to be taken to the room or elsewhere. No tables.
