Average at best We found hair on the floor in the bathroom so what else did they not clean? The sheets blankets & towels all were old and thin and yellowed. It was a good price for what you get but could have been so much better! It was barely above "We'll keep the light on for you".

Big room with kitchen, worth every penny We were pleasantly surprise to discover that our hotel was nicely located, close to shopping and restaurant. Our room was spacious with a full kitchen. It was worth what we paid for and more. Thank you

comfortable, quiet, centrally located the hotel was clean and comfortable, we were very satisfied with the room. Visiting family so not in the room very long. It served our purpose very nicely

U.S. Public Health Officer gives this ESA 5 stars. My experience with ESA was absolutely fabulous. They not only meant my needs/expectations but actually exceeded them. They took the time to assist me with a problem that wasn't even within their job duties and as a result they saved my day. The staff was polite, helpful, and the room was very clean and well maintained. Check-in/out was a breeze and painless. I was charged only and exactly what I was quoted (nothing more or less).
