Big room with kitchen, worth every penny We were pleasantly surprise to discover that our hotel was nicely located, close to shopping and restaurant. Our room was spacious with a full kitchen. It was worth what we paid for and more. Thank you

comfortable, quiet, centrally located the hotel was clean and comfortable, we were very satisfied with the room. Visiting family so not in the room very long. It served our purpose very nicely

U.S. Public Health Officer gives this ESA 5 stars. My experience with ESA was absolutely fabulous. They not only meant my needs/expectations but actually exceeded them. They took the time to assist me with a problem that wasn't even within their job duties and as a result they saved my day. Very clean and nice place to stay Liked the room, but the mattress was not very good, to hard, my shoulders and hips hurt throughout the night, didn't sleep well at all. My shoulders hurt for 2 more days from this. Why is it that hotels have only hard mattresses anyway?
