Clearly they don’t have enough cleaning staff. The two front desk clerks were both young and not professional. We had a reservation with a 3:00pm check in time. We arrived closer to 6:00pm. The room was not ready and we had to wait 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. I was NOT told this at the time of check in. Went up to the room with our luggage, only to be told by the cleaning staff that she was about to start that room as soon as she finished her previous room. No other room availability. Ok stay, nothing stood out. The property was very cold as if they had air blasting in the hallway. Even with the unit in the room up to almost 80, it still felt like 65.. No coffee machine in the room (I’m a coffee drinker), nor in the lobby until breakfast. We had a suite, with no utensils, pans, etc.. in the kitchenette. The property was clean, bed comfortable and the staff was nice. Loved the space in the room.

Pleasant I choose hotels based on location, reviews and if there is breakfast included. This hotel advertises breakfast.. but it consists of pre-packaged boiled eggs and mini yogurts. It truly is a coffee bar. So that was a HUGE disappointment for my son. Otherwise it was a good stay. The place was clean, convenient for one night’s stay for my son and I.
