The lady checking us in was a lovely person, the girl checking us out was not very professional. Our biggest complaint was the noise, some one above us entered their room at around 11:30 and all we could hear were chairs scraping the floor and stomping and it sounded like a ball bouncing, until I called the front desk and complained it stopped for a bit but still lots of stomping for a while. An extended stay property implies being there for a while so you'll need certain basics. This place had nothing! A fridge and cook top but no utensils, plates, completely empty cabinets! Not even a coffee maker. It was way overpriced for what was supied.

We were visiting family so we only were there evening and morning. I couldn't believe we could hear the people above us until very late. I feel it was people just walking on the wood floors very thin.

Late check in. We made a reservation around midnight. We arrived a little after 2am. Upon arrival we were told the system was running a hatch and we couldn’t check in for about 15 minutes. We waited roughly 30 before the woman working the counter, noticing our frustration and sleepy 7 year old, gave use keys and said come back in 20 min and we can get you checked in.

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice. The issue was that it seemed as if it was being used as a halfway house or shelter. A lot of shady people in the lobby and entrances of the hotel at all times. The area around the hotel was nice so it didn’t add up seeing these people there. The grab and go breakfast was basically fruit and muffins because everything was gone as soon as it was put out. It was disappointing but my reservation was non-refundable so we didn’t have a choice but to stay there.

Bed and pillows uncomfortable, bathroom old, no thing in room. Not worth the money
