I am reporting the hotel to the local health department due to the unsanitary and hazardous conditions. There was trash in the common areas and on the only operational elevator, the floors were not vacuumed, and there was vomit in the fire escape stairwell that remained the entire time of my stay. The second floor was also infested with roaches, my room and I learned two other guests had roaches. Since I booked through Expedia, nothing could be done to provide remediation. Hopeless 😩
I really liked the property, what I didn't like was that when I got there and they gave me a military discount, Expedia still charged me the full rate. I won't go thru Expedia if you don't refund me the difference!!!!
