We had an overall terrible experience. This was partly Expedias fault since there was some disconnect between the hotel and Expedia meaning when we got there they had no record of our booking. It took several back and forth phone calls and over an hour to resolve but the hotels policies made it harder than it should have been. The receptionist did her best though her hands were somewhat tied. The hotel itself was also disappointing. Don't expect their breakfast to be much of anything. Family had car trouble that prevented them from checking in to a two night pre-paid stay. Did not ask for a refund, rather just to stay in the room for the second night (that we had already paid for in full) and they insisted we pay for another night. Naturally we refused and stayed at a Marriott property 30 miles away from our destination. Should have done that in the first place and certainly will next time.
