We had one-night stay at this Extended Stay America hotel in Boise. The hotel seemed VERY NEW. Pros: 1. VERY NEW hotel. Very clean. 2. The room was spacious even for 4 people. 3. The staff was polite and helpful. 4. I am sensitive to noise when sleeping, and I liked the room I stayed. It was relative quiet at night. They do not offer breakfast. They offer a snack. No juice/milk. Apple, granola or Nutri Grain bar and instant oatmeal. ***No protein*** Definite need before surgery and a day of fasting. Had to go out for breakfast… pay more and go elsewhere.

It was ok. Nothing truly awful except the elevator smell. Lots of annoying things: squeaky bed, low quality mattress, smoke detector right above bed (the blinking made it hard to fall asleep), tv would auto turn on, no dog bags in dog area. Pros: the room was really clean and had a nice layout.
