Rude staff made for an unpleasant experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very poor experience. On the positive side, the accommodations were genuinely very nice. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom modern. It’s clear that the hotel has invested in maintaining a high standard when it comes to its facilities. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff. When you purchase, the description say free breakfast. Not even close. They call it grab and go. Most of the time you had the go, but no grab since there wasn't anything. Very loud as well.

The hotel was nice, however, the staff wasn’t particularly friendly and two legs were broken off my bed. I also had no bath towels and had to go ask for some, guy at the desk wasn’t super nice about it. And they claimed you get free breakfast but in reality they throw out a few cereal bars and some coffee.

The bed was unmade and no bedding. We had to make it. No soap in bathroom. I was promised a credit of $50 by the staff at the front desk because of this but I have not been credited. Also looked like something dried and icky on the wall beside the bed, yuck. A poorly run hotel.

Room not clean. Used qtip on floor next to bed. Used dish on top shelf above sink. No shower curtain in bathroom

The hotel was okay, very small had a kitchenette, refrigerator, very noisy hard to sleep at night, had no glasses did not have a coffee pot, did not have a blow dryer. Did not see that or either was not posted in the amenities of the room. OK for a stop over along our trip.
