Sound proofing for the room was extremely poor, front desk was not helpful, I asked for a different room(did not ask for it to be a free switch) and they told me they are fully booked while I can still see multiple rooms being available on the website. Had to leave in the middle of the night to seek a good night's sleep. Would not recommend.

I requested for kitchen utilities but staff didn’t deliver to the room as per stated in their terms. Staff didn’t follow up or provide the requested utensils either even if i went at the desk for it. The desk was unattended. The other staff said there’s breatkfast, the other said breakfast is whatever is in the coffee area.

Walls are paper thin. We heard stomping all night, what sounded like a non stop vacuum, central air didn’t work, no wash cloths, poor water pressure and flow from shower head, very unfortunate spring mattress, hdmi cable disconnected from back of tv.

Hotel is bare bones. You must request anything you need and they will provide. Had to ask for soap and shampoo (they apologized for there being none. Arrived after midnight and asked for an extra hour to check out but they flat refused. This was our second stay but service has gone down so it’s our last.

Pros:Comfortable beds, easy well lit parking, efficient staff. Cons: Showerheads’ holes are blocked with mineral buildup causing needle-like water sensation when showering. Just awful experience. Shower heads cannot be cleaned at this point, need to be replaced ASAP for “rain flow “ feel.

Beautiful hotel and nice amenities. The bed is nice, pillows were low quality and caused headache The person checking us in, Sept 13th at 3pm was not friendly and I don’t know his name because h was wearing a Tagore with no name badge. Coffee bar was nice, only offered a breakfast bar and oatmeal for the weekend and added muffins & apple for the weekdays (that was nicer).

Poor customer service The front clerk was never at the desk. Had to come back to check in after waiting 20 minutes. Had requested bottom floor room knowing that might not be possible. I indicated that i have physical limitations. The front desk clerk put me on the top floorthe room was the farthest away from the elevator.
Very unfriendly atmosphere. The front desk people were nice enough. We just expected so much better for the money and the sign on the building which promised “premium suites”. We weren’t given a suite. No extras like lotions, etc. The smoke alarm flashed every five seconds (no exaggeration) right over the bed. It was like being treated like an unwanted guest you didn’t want to make comfortable so that they wouldn’t stay. Only coffee in the lobby, no breakfast. Very austere and unfriendly. Had to ask for everything that are usually supplied at other hotels. Dishes for kitchenette, extra towels, blankets, hair dryer and so on. Service was great but hotel amenities are lacking for the price.
