Completely adequate, fit our purposes for a good cost. This is not a pretty place, extremely plain, with no pretense of any elegance whatsoever. The "included breakfast" contained almost nothing -- a few packages of instant oatmeal and a coffee pot (but no decaf). The in-room kitchen (which we, thankfully, did not use) contained absolutely nothing (meaning really nothing) in the way of pots & pans, silverware, dishware, condiments, etc. The kitchen cabinets were completely bare.
