Agréable Il n y avait pas de vaisselle à disposition. Nous avons du réclamer les draps du lit d appoint lors de notre arrivée à 23h alors que vous venions de faire 8h de vol. Nous avons si il était possible d obtenir un remboursement car nous avions réservé pour 4 et nous sommes partis que 3 (cause maladie) ils n ont rien voulu faire. Dommage Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. C est propre.

Great Front Desk Staff I paid for an extra day knowing our flight would be arriving early but was told I could lose the room because it was past check in the prior day. Diana was able to help me out tremendously. Also paid for late check out but was told by maid service we had to leave at 11. When I went to the front desk they couldn't verify even though the invoice that was emailed to me gave the check out date with a time of 3:15 pm. So we threw our belongings together and checked out.
