Very nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice quiet area of Cleveland.

Hotel was good overall. Only real issue was that the sinks both drained very slowly and the one next to the bathroom is very poorly designed. The faucet barely extended over the sink bowl and it made it difficult to brush teeth.

This location is very close to the freeway which made arrival and departure so easy. Though we didn't visit there is a bar in the lobby of the hotel. There are other restaurants close by as well. The room was clean and had a nice sitting area like most Hyatt Place locations. The room was clean and quiet. We were right by the elevator which I was worried would be very loud but it was not. The location is great and close to all around the Cleveland area and hotel amenities are very good

The air conditioning only goes below 73* if there is movement in the room, as it is motion detection sensitive. Therefore, when you go to sleep, it goes back up to 73*. We woke up hot several times a night. The pool also needs to be clean, there were chunks floating in the pool. The staff was friendly though, and parking in the front of the hotel was not an issue.
