Not what I was expecting.... very disappointed They outside and lobby looked upscale and modern design but once we entered the elevator and arrived in our room it was a different story. It did not feel like a hyatt place at all. The room looked old. The bathroom door was all scratched up and dungy looking. The sinks did not drain properly and were still dirty. The beds were hard. It just was not what I was expecting for what I was charged. I'm very disappointed.
I would have had no complaints if it weren't for the grumpy older gentleman at the front counter. Front desk staff should be smiling and welcoming. When requesting items it almost felt like it was a burden for him. Also, the hotel didnt have any extra blankets. His response when letting us know was not very kind or warm. Every negative review is an opportunity for improvement so please view it that way. I believe that people are human and go through things. The location was ideal to the downtown core The staff was really quite accommodating Please was clean and somewhat updated for the price
Hotel convenient from downtown Cleveland. Safe neighborhood.
Very nice place. I would have expected more comfortable beds. They were not to the standards of the rest of the hotel. The air conditioner made a rattling noise most of the night also. The breakfast was great! The hotel was quiet and clean also.
Loud noise from the air conditioner, and it wasn’t even working at first. We almost had to switch rooms at midnight with my 3 sleeping kids. We waited it out however. A hair in the bathroom. Could use modern upgrades like USB ports for charging and a microwave in room
