My stay in Cleveland The stay was good, no noise, safety or unprofessional staff issues. Sraff were friendly and helpful. My dislikes were the pool closed to early, the elevator, hallways and carpeting were dated need updating. For the price of the rooms, you would expect to get a free bottle of water, not. The bottled water was $5.
Very friendly staff. Immaculate hotel. Would definitely return.
Meh Really out dated. Slow elevators. Tiny pool. No housekeeping, trash removal, or fresh towels for multiple night stay.
Smaller hotel than i usually go to but nonetheless still good stay. Complimentary breakfast was decent, room was nice and clean
Excellent service front desk really nice Amazing
So-so visit Air conditioning in the room was not working. Room got very warm on one of the hottest days of the year.
