The floors were not mopped- there was dried blood on the floor of our room. Toilet ran off and on all night.
Room was very clean but we booked a room with kitchenette and no pots pans dishes were provided. We learned later that we needed to ask for it. The pool was super dirty, not clear and a karge briwn ring around the water edge. This is unfortunate because it would be nice. Breakfast is very very basic. No toaster. Just yoghurt and eggs in a fridge and pouches of oatmeal to mix with hot water. No orange juice. Coffee and tea. Oranges occasionally.

Needs updated and proper cleaning. I will start with trying to get into a room. The 1st try had someone in the room with the door blocked open. When they checked it out they assigned me to another room. I tried to open the door with the key card and It wouldn't work for either card. Five trips finally resolved the issue. I ended up exhausted. I didn't complain about the room at this point. I found a long black hair in the shower but dealt with it myself as I didn't want more stress about the room at the time.
