The staff was very accommodating. Ther were times when the carpets were not so clean and parts of the room were dusty.
Nice value
Enjoyed the hardwood floors, was quiet and nice. Was just ok however. The expience was soured by having an extensive list of things they would charge you for, from filling trash bags to getting towels dirty, even a note near a outlet saying "$75 charge if you unplug this" haven't seen this at any ither hotel. Be warned when staying here they do not want to give your deposit back, and have plenty of charges to keep you from getting it.

Not far from Downtown Cleveland and the price to stay was great as well

The bed was so comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. The price was amazing.

The property was in a convenient location close to several well known restaurants. We went to Applebees for happy hour and were only 3 miles from the hotel.
Hotel do not make bed or change towels unless requested.
