they are upgrading, still comfortable when I was unpacking I noted something on the sink counter, it was the contro for the shower, the phone did not work so I had to go down to ask them to change the room.
Under renovation. Worn carpet. Odors.
Property was being remodeled. We had an old room, with some stains on the sofa and mold in the shower, but the price was right for the two night's we stayed there. It was a quiet location and conveniently located with food and the necessities located near by.
The place is under complete renovation and u guys dont state that b4 i made the reservation..no pool which was the reson we was looking for doing...you guys need to get ur stuff together. This isnt how you operate...very unprofessional of Expedia...this is the second time that this has happened in i am about to never use u guys again for booking my trips.

Cleveland Nov 10-12 Upon check in, the front desk staff were very welcoming & just very friendly (Tracy & Sherri) The other ladies were very sweet as well & accommodating. The only complaint would be that we didn’t know about the $108 deposit until we arrived, & the “to-go” breakfast was disappointing but there are plenty of places nearby to grab something.
