I work 3rd shift and my room was across the hall from maintenance, so it was pretty noisy throughout the day.

Upon check out, the hold should be released back to the credit card sooner. Also, for the continental breakfast, there should be more options than just instant oatmeal packets. Coffee would be great. There were no bowls for the oatmeal so I had to eat oatmeal out of a cup. Bagels, orange juice, etc., would be a much better continental breakfast.
