Alex at the front desk was very personable...even provided a dinner recommendation. The room was sparse, but adequate. The only weird thing about our room was the height of the showerhead--it was only about 5 feet off the ground. I requested an accessible room so I'd be sure there were grab bars in the tub/shower, but still expected the shower to be full adult height!

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise. The location is great with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Very close to the cruise port. The heavy set African American lady working the front desk was rude to our 21 year old daughter. I sent her down to the front desk to get an additional face cloth because there were 3 of us in the room and only 2 face cloths. No ice machines, no hair dryer, no water pressure in shower, misrepresented breakfast. Would not recommend.
