The staff has been awesome and the room is comfortable. I’m grateful for them when we had to switch hotels unexpectedly.

We traveled by car for 4 hours and arrived an hour early. Our name was placed on a list was told maybe in 15 minutes we could go to our room. it never happened at 3 pm we got our room. Our fault bad timing. we could not use the rest room in the lobby because we didn't have our pass key. Desk clerk looked like she slept in her uniform. There was no complementary coffee or water available. No vending machines for beverages or munchies.
