NO Shuttle!!! The reason we chose this hotel was because it stated there was a shuttle available for airport and cruise terminal. This is incorrect. NO shuttle service available, it has been suspended supposedly due to covid. But we saw lots of other hotel shuttles at the cruise port and the airport. This caused a lot of extra money for Ubers. 4 unexpected charges for uber... Someone needs to update this. Also the pillows are terrible. 4 small pillows for a king bed that had NO firmness what so ever...
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was surprisingly upgraded and very clean.
We got in very late and I liked that it was near the cruise port. However, room was not very appealing - bed frames reminded me of roll-aways, the decor was somber-no pictures on the walls and there was a yellowish stain line (about 1-1/2" high) running along the lower portion of tub
