Extended stay America Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is getting a bit old and could do with some improvements ut overall I would stay there again.

It Is What It Is Phone didn't work, sink didn't drain, requested housekeeping clean the room but was told no (even though they were still working on rooms down the hall). Front desk staff was generally nice though. You get what you pay for...

I did not like that I was not given a discount because my relative was in hospital. The staff said I told them too late and they couldn’t back date it and couldn’t give me a discount even though they offer discounts for persons who came down to receive medical care. Therefore I won’t recommend this hotel to persons with hospitalized relatives.
