Location is just outside Ft Lauderdale cruise port & price was great. Breakfast was terrible & had no table & chairs, you had to stand in little lobby to eat

Could use some work I called the front desk several times to arrange for a shuttle pick up, but got no answer. I finally gave up and took a cab. I intended to take a shuttle to the airport the next day, but was told that the first one was at 7, which was too late for my 7:30 flight. There were several small ants in my kitchen. I mentioned it to the front desk attendant at checkout and her only response was “on the counter? Okay.” No apology or anything. Not even a hint of surprise.

The appliances looked dated and my room wasn’t cleaned or straightened on the second day of my stay.

Room did not get clean on a daily basis, however the staff was very professional and friendly. The van drivers were also very polite.

The checkin was a challege the staff member was not very nice to takj to and very abbrupt
