hubo un inconveniente, tenia dos habitaciones reservadas con meses de anticipacion. al llegar solo una estaba disponible con el numero de camas que debia tener. el empleado de recepción fue hostil solo ofreció como solución debolvernos el dinero (la solución mas estupida, para un cliente, para salir a buscar una nueva propiedad ) luego exigi viniera una manager muy dispuesta, la cual a sugerencia nuestra nos facilitó una tercera habitación sencilla para completar el numero de camas reservado. Smoking and no breakfast People smoke inside there, and “breakfast” is a joke — energy bars and black tea/coffee, that’s it. Service isn’t stellar, but sometimes you may get a smile. There is nothing “deluxe” about the room, but the basics are met, if you need a quick stay to sleep. Pool didn’t look appealing to go into, so can’t comment one way or the other. Served the purpose okay to lay the head down for a night in-between cruises.
