Front desk, KIM I just want to say Kim the front desk lady went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. She was extremely kind, empathetic and helpful when I had some issues with my car and hotel room. I really appreciate that level of kindness she showed me when I was down and out. The world needs more people like her. Give her a raise!!!!!
