Cleaning the room after 7 days of stay shows how much they care about the welfare of their guests. If they don’t clean the room after 7 days, I can only imagine how often they clean the hallways. The hallway carpet smells of old dog urine and feces, the moment you get off the elevator. Which is probably why they changed the room floors to vinyl. We sat the old towels outside the door. It took two days for them to get those up and we were only there for 2 days. We had to go fetch fresh towels because they won’t even bring the... read more

ONLY hot water!! Overall a great stay but the lack of cold water was rough when taking a shower. Not a fan of scalding.
