Easy to get to, clean rooms, comfortable beds, roomy bathroom. Enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare our own meals.

Friendliness of the staff! The fact that I have stayed before and they remembered me before looking up my reservation so that shows their ability to connect with their customers
Likes: Cleanliness; fitness center machines in good condition; staff helpful Dislikes: breakfast horrible: no towels in fitness area to clean machines or use for sweat; tv remote in fitness area nowhere to be seen; in actual room the shade on window did not work; broken light bulb in one of the bedside lamps: full kitchen but no dishes or silverware

Good price, good location... room was not clean Nice hotel. Pretty basic amenities (the "Fitness Center" is a couple of treadmills and an exercise bike). Room was not clean - there was a 5 month old food container underneath the sofa... and food debris. When front desk staff was informed, their response was "I'll leave a note."
