Early Check-In Fee! But TV & Wifi Didn't Work? The building is great. The manager was terrible. As a Hotels gold member with over 400 nights now globally in hotel, I know what 'hospitality' should be and this manager made bad calls. 1) Arrived early. They had a room open. She told me to check-in early, there would be a fee. I declined and said I'd try to book elsewhere but got stuck in a local jewelry store hours, and just came back. The property was new and clean. The studio room was very, very spacious and smelled great. I would stay here again.
