Brand new building! Very clean! Bedding was awesome! A bit difficult to find, it sets off the road and the signage has yet to be put up. Lots of traffic on Woodruff Road and no light to gain entrance. Be careful crossing

Great Extended Stay Experience ESA - Woodruff Rd is exceptionally clean, quiet, and convenient. Lots of restaurants and mall nearby.

The only downside is the breakfast. Just know it’s all portable breakfast food that you can eat later. It didn’t bother me but it bothered the person I was with.

Early Check-In Fee! But TV & Wifi Didn't Work? The building is great. The manager was terrible. As a Hotels gold member with over 400 nights now globally in hotel, I know what 'hospitality' should be and this manager made bad calls. 1) Arrived early. They had a room open. She told me to check-in early, there would be a fee. I declined and said I'd try to book elsewhere but got stuck in a local jewelry store hours, and just came back.
