No rooms, no warning, zero stars When we went to check into the hotel it was full with no rooms available. No one bothered to inform me of this even after I paid for the room upfront. It left us scrambling to find a new room and came close to ruining what should have been a well planned out and enjoyable weekend. Hotel.com and Extended Stay America laid an egg on this one

Room wasn’t what I booked Check in was a bit slow . Attendant wasn’t at the desk when I arrived but was friendly once he got there . I booked a room online with 2 queens and a sofa bed . There was no sofa bed and the reception said there are no rooms like that at this hotel . Very disappointed in the false advertising .
