Not very satisfied. Requested two rooms with an extra, roll away bed in each. Found out when I arrived they do not have roll away beds. Asked to pay at time of arrival and lady could not understand we were paying for two rooms on two separate cards. Ended up all on one card. Do not think she was trained properly. Our room #106 had kids or dogs running all evening Thursday and Friday night. Continued Sat night and we called front desk and was told they would call room and have it stopped. Place was clean but it was very hard to get sleep due to the people above me stomping super loud. Was told that there weren’t any rooms on the top floor available so I asked the staff if they can ask the guest to keep it down however the noise continued. More than likely this will be my last stay at this hotel. Too expensive to not get a good night’s rest.

Bathroom door nob was broken, room carpet has mud strains. A 2 star place.

Air conditioner was so loud that we could not sleep, it would wake us up all through the night. Room only came with one plastic cup, no breakfast at all. The room had a weird smell, and the bed was uncomfortable
