Clean and Convenient Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and convenient. However, they offer no maid service. Hair dryer had to be secured from the front desk and the room is in need of some USB ports for electronic devices.

Breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall I would say the staff and the ambience were very nice. WiFi was stable and allowed me to stay connected with my office.

I havent previously had any problems with my stay but I was not pleased when I had on my socks and was walking around in the room I started sneezing and discovered that I had white animal hairs all on my socks which I thought was disgusting.

The staff was great. The breakfast was limited: coffee, granola bars, bad muffins, and oatmeal. No milk or cereal. The mattress in our room was horrible. It was the equivalant to putting a thin comforter on the floor. They keep trash bins in the hot stairwells as they only do weekly cleanings. Every time the AC came on the entire room smelled like mildew.

The rooms are very spacious & the AC was working so good with these hot temperatures.

The one thing that bothered me the most about my stay is that I had an issue with one of the vending machines and the property refused to refund me, but they gave me the phone number to the canteen company to resolve the issue, I still have yet to hear from the canteen company. I find it in poor taste that I the guest has to deal with the canteen company to get my money back when I was only originally supposed to stay for two nights.
