OK. Not Great. I was on the fence about paying a bit more, but this one seemed to have good reviews mostly. It's OK--not bad for the price by comparison. But my HVAC unit had loud rattling noise. The furnishings and whatnot are showing their age a bit. They provide basic Wi-Fi but require paying for upgrade. I found my 5G hotspot was a better option, but IMO hotels should comp high-speed these days.

bed was WAY too hard, like sleeping on a rock, and the pillows are paper thin

It's located near plenty of restaurants and along a major freeway, so you can get there easily and have places to go. However, it felt like a lot of people are living there longterm, and the property itself shows signs of wear. Adjust your expectations, and realize you still have a kitchenette close to a lot of good stuff.
Rooms were outdated and needed some personality.
