I came in for a graduation and had a concern with the room that Latisha and her staff took care of with gracious smiles. That made our short stay relaxing and enjoyable. All of the Staff was All Smiles and Can Do. It was much appreciated.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk receptionist wasn’t very friendly - when I called to ask if I could get a new remote she said yes but you have to come get it - which I thought was odd. And then I saw police officers walking through the hotel and when I called to ask what was happening all she said was “I took care of it.” Not a friendly person to be talking to guests.

Lies & false advertising I don't like the fact that there is NO kind of breakfast, yet still paying for it. This is not acceptable. Thinking it will come n e day, but doesn't.
