This property is very clean and is in a great location the rooms are great and clean and the s thg aff is very nice and helpful, my 2 complants are the tubs are ver slippery please fix this its very dangerous and the other little complaint is the TV keeps losing signal other then that i will be back i love this place.

Rude help & trouble getting free nights AGAIN!!! Jordan couldnt find my reservation& made me pack my things check out with no where to go or a ride i left crying in a taxi then my daughter called hotel& he found my reservation but was rude to my daughter and hung up on hercwhen she asked his name so that she could call and speak to a mgr...also i stayed at woodspring hotel 1/27/20 to1 /31/20 you did not give me credit towards my reward nights for each day u can call the hotel and varify i was there and i woukd like my reward... read more
