Made another trip to Lakeland to see family. I had no reservations the hotel staff was very friendly and got me into a room for a night which turned to a four day stay due to plans changing. The staff was friendly, accommodating and the room was clean along with free breakfast every morning and coffee available all day this is my third time there and I will definitely return

Nice heated pool. Hotel room was dated and we could not make cellular calls. Had to purchase enhanced internet as basic was inadequate for minimal tasks. The shower soap holder has soap scum which looks like it has been there awhile. Staff were very courteous and contacted us for early check in. Bed was very comfortable.
