Good budget extended stay hotel Very nice place, seems to be under renovation so some of the amenities were not currently available. Everything in the room was as described though. Good value for what they room cost.

some trash under sofa bed when we opened it. Also receptionist seemed to have taken a picture of my ID with her phone im not even sure why. they had no extra pillows either.

The decor in the lobby really made it feel like home. Staff was pleasant and the room was great for our family.

I like coming to this hotel when I am in Lakeland. Everyone at the front desk is so pleasant and helpful. Even the cleaning ladies said good morning, every morning during my stay. And it is genuine. I sleep well every night. It is like a home away from home.
