Late check out the staff can be a little nicer, but it was okay and quick, the room was great except that the TV was not working it had a bad screen. I told the front desk right away so they don’t find me at fault. I told them 2 times, I did not need the TV but they did not try to do anything not even an apology
Clean and safe. Grab and go breakfast was very limited
We had never stayed at an Extended Stay America hotel and were very pleased and would definitely consider staying again. Thank you.
The walls and floors are thin. We heard everything that went on one floor up and one floor down. EVERYTHING! The elevator smelled of burnt rubber the whole time we were there even though staff tried to mask the smell. The elevator shook and moaned when it went up and came back down and we were only on the 2nd floor.
