The staff were incredibly friendly!!! The guests were like a family in the common areas...you could tell they felt comfortable and at home.

Great place to stay. This is a very nice hotel. Yo start off the woman who was at the front desk was just a pleasant, fun lady. She was very sweet and friendly. The room was on the second floor and had a full refrigerator with a full kitchenette. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and I loved the shower! The unfriendly hostess made it very clear that I am not to ask any questions before 3.00 check in. The AC is no good. It turns on the cool then the heater turns on to heat. Very frustrating

Second stay for us at this hotel. We will stay here whenever we are in the West Melbourne area. Clean and quiet. Convenient washer and dryers. Friendly staff.
Everything was good other than the free breakfast. A few granola bars, and if you're lucky, there might be a few mini muffins available. What a joke that was. Also, couldn't get into gym room. Room key didnt open the door
