This is the second time that we have stayed at an Extended Stay in Melbourne. We found the room to be clean, comfortable, and convenient. We especially appreciated the full fridge/freezer and the kitchen area. Our only real criticism is that the continental breakfast was sparse, with nothing available for the first several days of our stay and only six tiny yogurts in the mini fridge at a time for the rest. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were kind and helpful.

Not what was advertised The room was decent enough. There was a funky odor that we could not get rid of even with an air freshener. I understood there was supposed to be a free breakfast until 9 or 9:30. We went down around 8:45 and there was nothing but a few granola bars. Location and property quality
The room was great and comfortable, but it was close to the elevator and I could hear it ding and going up and down all evening. Also, the breakfast should be called «snacks» as it’s only a couple of granola bars with coffee. Don’t count on it if you need a filling and balanced breakfast.
