Poor shuttle service! There was no shuttle service from the airport despite inquiring about it and being advertised as such. The shuttle runs on a restrictive schedule that was not documented in the hotel details. the information gave a different impression as it never stated that there were restrictions on times.

They are pet friendly and the staff is excellent... I love that they have full kitchenettes....
