Difficult location. Premium for Wifi. Nice&Clean. Nice, clean rooms. Hotel was very hard to locate and navigate through back alleys. Service was pretty slow. Staff had a hard time coping with high volume of guests. Utensils delivered after 12 hours. Had to eat out that night. Wifi speed is poor. They charge premium prices for higher speeds. Breakfast area very overcrowded and had inadequate space compared to number of guests and rooms. No all day coffee.

medio Hotel simples. Nao possui cafe diaponivel de cortesia. Nao ha funcionarios em tempo integral.. mas era limpinho onquarto. O quarto possuia uma cozinha totalmente desequipada. Nao havia sequer um copo. Mas eh um hotel ok pra passar a noite antes de viajar.

The front desk staff are very friendly and respond quickly to any requests you may have. If you ask for dishes and any other kitchen stuff they give it to you without hesitation. The sofa bed on New Years night had no bedding and we had just walked into our room at 3 am and upon request a hotel staff delivered the bedding in a matter of minutes. Had excellent laundry room self service, Would recommend this facility without hesitation.

Muy buen hotel Excelente Hotel, bien ubicado y de fácil acceso, las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes. El desayuno es suficiente como lo ofrecen en su página. Tienen una linda piscina, lavandería y parqueo amplio. Recomendable para estadías largas y cortas. El personal es muy amable y siempre listos para ayudar.

Perfecto hotel para familia de 5 Todo muy bien en el hotel. Segunda vez que lo visitamos y volvería. Espacios muy amplios. Nos hemos hospedado en una habitación doble que incluye sillón cama. Tiene espacio para una familia de 5, sin problemas. El personal muy amable y la mayoría bilingüe.
