More or less… The cleaning was once a week, didn’t change the towels unless you ask them and they give just one shampoo and one small soap a week… Where they are

Es un hotel comodo para dormir. El desayuno ; ofrecen solo cafe/ chocolate con muffins o barritas cereales envasados y fruta. La habitacion muy comoda; cama y almohadas y el baño . Y que cerca del hotel hay sitios para comer

Exceptional Is not a room . It is an apartment!!
Pleasant Breakfast was terrible, and they charge me twice. If I didn’t complain about it they just keep that money

Pleasant I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, but unfortunately, this visit was quite different. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and had a strong smell of cigarettes, which made it uncomfortable. Additionally, the elevators were noticeably dirty. I expected the same high standards as before, so this was disappointing. Great location and good size room.
