Good location. Staff very nice Room floor was not clean. No detergent or soap available for washing machine.

Great location near Brickell centre, banks, and convenience stores, free parking lot, nice city views....
Buena experiencia! La política que tienen de limpiar cada 7 días no me afectó mucho porque con ese aviso mantenía el cuarto en orden. Las toallas te las cambian si lo solicitan. Lo demás si me gustó: habitación bien amplia, entregan todo ordenado, te guardan los paquetes del delivery (Amazon, Ebay, etc), tiene cocina y refrigerador, también el lugar es céntrico a todo, en 5-15min estás en todas partes. Average quality but Room was nice and clean. Near a top area of miami for restaurants near the water walking distance. A few "shady" people hanging near the hotel
