Staff was really helpful even though I arrived super late. The room was very clean and quiet. The only way it would have been better is if there were a hair dryer.
Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room.

Great location and friendly staff
It’s going through renovations. also walls thin and can hear people above you as well. Refrigerator “knocked” all the time as well. For the money it’s a place to stay but if you need quiet and appliances not keeping you up then it’s not the place for you. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Nicest people ever!!!

The Mgr was so rude when we checked in… it was like he was trying to rush us. Then when we got to our room the fire alarm started going off and when my husband asked “if everything was under control” because the issue was in the room next to ours…. He rudely says “ I haven’t knocked on your door yet, have I?” What the hell….

The room was perfect. It had a full kitchen with all the pots, pans and dishes needed. The staff was the BEST! ...but, the continental breakfast left A LOT to be desired. The biggest negative is that we had had a huge ice storm which left me and 200,000 others out of power for over a week. Many hotels offered discounts to locals dealing with this but NOT Extended Stay America. I am very disappointed by this as this unexpected expense was not affordable for me.
