Very clean, remodeled property. No carpet in rooms, which is a non-negotiable for me - i won't book a carpeted room Easy access and central location; free, convenient parking; good sized room. I did not think through that an extended stay property would have no in-room coffeemaker or hair dryer. There was no ice available (though ice trays were provided to freeze your own in the in-room fridge/freezer - we were there less than 18 hours total, so we didn't). I needed a hotel room close to Vanderbilt Medical Center to stay a night after a loved one's surgery. I've stayed at Extended Stay Americas before and had good luck with them, and this one is about a five minute drive from Vanderbilt - great location! The hotel is clean and neat. The on-site parking is very convenient. I use a wheelchair and requested an accessible room. As you can imagine, it's difficult to travel without accessible rooms! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selections were on the medium side, but the coffee was excellent.
