Very clean, nice comfy room

The hotel was nice but the beds are not soft at all, it feels like your sleeping on a rock.The lady who works at the front desk in the evenings is not patient. She made me feel like it was a inconvenience to ask for utensils and she shouldn't say what she is thinking out loud people can hear her even when she's in the back. Everyone else was very nice.

Everything including the price per night was good in relation to downtown Nashville. It was 2.4 miles from Ryman Auditorium. We took an Uber to and from the concert rather than navigating unfamiliar roads downtown and traffic. The only thing we were surprised with was the $38 entertainment fee added to our room bill when we checked in. Everything else was wonderful.
