The hotel's rooma has bad smell, and not so clean

地理位置不错 住了11晚，整体感觉还可以。酒店的位置不错，出行较方便，门前就有公交到down town，到附近的超市也很近。房间装修后感觉还比较新，但毛巾和床单觉得洗得不太干净。要自备日用品，没牙膏、牙刷、拖鞋提供。冰箱有漏水，电炉有一边坏了，微波炉没转盘，其它都还可以，希望酒店注意下这些细节。
I chose this hotel because it was much cheaper than San Francisco downtown hotel. The room was big and clean with cooking facility. The neighbor was quiet and good. There was a shopping mall with restaurants nearby. The only drawback was traffic jam on Bay Bridge if you have to go to and from San Francisco.
it was just odd that they had no ice machines The hotel is directly on the marina with beautiful views of the inlet from one side. Although we had not requested it, early check-in was unavailable. Most often if a hotel has a clean room they will allow it. Once we were able to check in the room was very clean spacious and bright. Upon searching for the ice machine I was told by the front desk that none was available but there was an ice cube tray in the freezer in my room that the morning. It was noce I had a last minute trip to oakland to help my mother and was feeling stressed so I wanted a hotel that was going to be relaxing. In one of the other reviews they mentioned their room had a view of water & I immediately thought that would be relaxing for me. The location was very nice & quiet. Checking in the front desk lady was clearly not excited to be at work & I was surprised when she asked me if I needed any plates or anything. Pet friendly but with hoops to jump through I booked this hotel because it was pet friendly and had a kitchen. Upon my arrival I was told they only allow dogs under 30lbs. They told me they'd accommodate me for one night, but I couldn't stay any longer. This made it illogical to buy groceries and use the kitchen, so staying there a waste of money.
