Very pleasantly surprised! Was looking for an affordable place to stay at the last minute and was traveling south for work with a family member. Found this place listed on hotels.com and decided to give it a chance despite some mediocre reviews. (I have stayed at some ESA properties before and haven't been impressed...) Was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and condition of the hotel, and the level of service offered by the staff. Hotel is fine. Works for a quick biz trip. Hotel was fine. Staff were very nice. I did get woken up at 3 am when my neighbor came home but not the hotel's fault. Would be nice to have a bit more selection at breakfast.
The room is very clean, looks as if it was recently remodeled and it’s very quiet. The staff woman who checked me in was professional, friendly and very thorough.
