If registering for 4 people, they could've at least ensure there's enough pillows for the 4 registered and blankets. The spare was a sofa bed and it was not made. We have to put sheets on it ourselves and have to come down for the sheets and blankets because their phone to contact helpdesk is not working..so is the microwave.

Good stay We stayed 2 nights with 2 young granddaughters. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient. We didn’t use the kitchen but did report to the front desk that plumbing under sink was disconnected. Breakfast was skimpy and yogurt was gone shortly after breakfast started. We went to Eat n Park nearby. There was also an alarm clock that didn’t work (rm 316). Pool for kids was good. We would stay here again

The property is tucked at the back of a commercial street. Access from the main road is poorly marked. The hotel's common spaces are not well maintained. Only one of two elevators worked and it was dirty.

Not Ready for Guests This hotel has obviously recently changed brands. The staff is nice and helpful but clearly trying to run a hotel w/out all the needed resources. Everything appears old & very worn. One of the elevators was out of order and two of our three rooms were so dirty that one had to move & the other couldn't use their couch!
